It’s that time of year again… light up!
As the nights draw in, many of us at Alton Runners are taking to the roads after dark.
Our club sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays start at 7pm, so please remember to wear bright, reflective clothing. And don’t forget your head torch or chest light – they’re essential for both visibility and safety.
